Transferring operations from an existing to a new facility can be a huge and daunting task. Every medical care facility contains thousands of expensive assets that must be accounted for throughout the transfer process. We partnered with our client’s team to build a system that creates detailed logistical plans with each stakeholder to ensure a smooth transition. Whether for Patient Relocation, Equipment Relocation, IT equipment, or office items, the complexity of these projects requires multiple outside vendors. It can be difficult to maintain a sense of control when all parts are suddenly moving at once.

The new system helped manage vendors with a turnkey solution while giving visibility and control to stakeholders. Handling and coordinating the removal of the equipment remaining is a huge project. With the substantial expense of medical devices and equipment, having a system with the necessary functionality to protect all of the clients’ investments becomes vital. A custom “verify” system was created to track assets through final installation while maintaining a complete chain of custody. The RPC team helped Adonius achieve all those objectives and served as a technical and business consultant throughout the app creation and implementation process.
